One model I used asked me for a copy of the work that I produce, I am going to give her the retouched version as has asked me to soften her wrinkles out so that she looks her best, this is a before and after the editing work I have done. It's not perfect as I am only learning retouching techniques but I think the retouching does not look overly fake and I am happy with the result.
